The Track Cycling World Cup that took place from 7th-10th November, in the city of Glasgow Great Britain, has witnessed the effort and courage of the girls of Cogeas Mettler Look and their respective performances with their national teams.
On Saturday November 9, the Uzbek rider Olga Zabelinskaya from our team, won the silver medal in the Women’s Omnium, the winner of the strenuous test was the world champion of the Dutch Kirsten Wild who reached 500 points. Olga Zabelinskaya who achieved a good harvest of units by taking the test for points of the specialty of the Omnium accumulated a total of 450 units. Australian Annette Edmondson was third on the podium.
On Sunday, November 10, the women’s scratch test was held at an average speed of 49,828 km / hour, with a plot of 40 laps (10 km) the Polish Karolina Karasiewick was the winner in a quick final, followed by Russian Anastasia Chulkova and Diana Klimova from our team Cogeas Mettler Look, who seized the third step of the podium.
