The Cogeas Mettler Pro Cycling Team will dispute the World Cup, Women’s Tour in Norway, belonging to the UCI Women’s World Tour calendar, which will run on August 16 and 19 next year. The Cogeas Mettler Pro Cycling Team will be represented by cyclists Maria Novolodskaya, Elizaveta Oshurkova, Karina Kasenova, Edwige Pitel. On this occasion the Trinidadian cyclist Teneil Campbell and the Paraguayan Marina Espínola, both scholars of the World Cycling Center, will race for the Cogeas Mettler Pro Cycling Team.
Cyclist squads will roll in a very picturesque environment, crossing the border between Norway and Sweden, on an alternating, slightly mountainous terrain, with various prizes on the course, accumulating many points in mountain goals per stage.
The Women’s Tour of Norway starts on Thursday, August 16, with a 24-kilometer team time trial between the cities of Kvisler gård, Aremark – Tistedal – Halden, with a finish at Fredriksten Festningel.
On Friday 17 August, the first stage of 127, 7 kilometers will be played and starts in the center of Rakkestad and the finishing point will be the center of Mysen.
The second stage runs on Saturday, August 18 and has a route of 127.7 kilometers between the towns of Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg, start in the center of Fredrikstad and end in the center of the city of Sarpsborg.
On Sunday 19 August, the third stage marks the ending of the Norway Tour , the last pulse will be a 154-kilometer journey, between the cities of Svinesund and Halden, the stage will start on the old Svinesund bridge and the final goal will be located in the center of Halden.
Technical team that accompanies Cogeas Mettler will be headed by Technical Director Serghey Klimov, Team Manager Rubén Contreras, with the assistance of Marcos Alves, masseurs Olga Bessonova and Vladimir Ekimov, Konstantin Sintsovskii will be the mechanic, and as press officer Manuel Rebollo.
